As you can tell the avatars are playing hide and seek...the html version is not working. Please go back to Thing#3 ...some new directions are included for saving it as a jpg file (picture) and then using the picture GADGET on the LAYOUT TAB of your dashboard to uplaod the jpg file. When you look at other blogs...if you see the avatar, it has been changed ..if you see the dreaded red x on PC or ? on Mac, that is the html hiding!!
